What happens after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed to make sure it can be executed by our team. Your products are created using digital printing. Before being shipped your items are checked for quality assurance by two members of IBT Designs to ensure no flaws or defects exist before shipping. You will be emailed your tracking number for shipping. You will be able to track your delivery through the United States Postal Service (USPS) website. What if I want to order shirts in bulk?

For purchases of 20 shirts or more bulk pricing is available. Please contact us at info@ibtdesigns.com.

What if I want to order stoles in bulk?

When will I receive my order?

Customized items require 7 to 10 business days for processing. Once they are completed, we will ship priority through the USPS which typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

What is the processing time for my order?

Two-Week Standard Processing

Standard processing is 7 to 10 business days shipped priority which takes 2 to 5 business days within the continental US.

One-Week Gold Rush

One-week processing reduces your processing time to 5 to 7 business days with priority shipping through the USPS.  This service is an additional 20% of the cost of your order.

3-Day Platinum Rush

3-day platinum rush reduces your processing time to 1 to 3 business days with priority shipping. Choose this option at checkout if you need your shirts in a flash, and for an extra 30% of the total cost of your order. If you need your item much quicker than that you can expedite your shipping for an additional fee. Please note, holidays and inclement weather can cause delays that are beyond our control. We encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid delays.

Please provide the correct mailing address to ensure your items are delivered to your desired location. Signatures are not required for delivery. It is important to make sure your items are shipped to a safe location to prevent theft, harm, or damage. If the items are damaged during transit you must submit a claim through USPS.

What if I have a problem with my order?

We strive to execute to develop processes to ensure high-quality products. With customized items, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive your goods with a flaw or defect, we will replace the item if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your item with photos of the flaw/defect. You must return the item to us to receive a replacement.

Can I receive a sample shirt or item?

Because our items are customized to your specifications and submissions, we do not send sample items to our consumer clients. Corporate clients ordering graduation stoles in bulk can order a blank stole or a mockup for a small cost-plus shipping.  Please email us at info@ibtdesigns.com for pricing.

Can I get help with my design?

Yes! If you have an idea and have trouble bringing it to life, we can assist you with that.  We have referrals to top-notch graphic designer that can assist you with bringing your imagination to real life. Please email us at info@ibtdesigns.com for pricing.

Can I order the same design on different color shirts?

Yes, you must complete the order process for each shirt in the desired color.

Do you have a store location?

We do not have a physical location. We are an online store that ships directly to the consumer.

Can we provide the item to be customized?

You can have your item shipped to us to be customized if being shipped from a company/business. Personal items previously worn or used cannot be processed. We strongly suggest you reach out to us to assist you in finding the item you want us to use to create your customized item.

How should I care for my T-Shirt and other wearable garments?

Most manufactures of 100% cotton clothes recommend that they be washed by
hand in cold water with a mild detergent. This will make it possible for their good appearance to last the longest. Another process to help keep the outward
appearance of 100% cotton fabric clothes is to turn the shirt inside out. This
process will help to protect the outward side of the clothes which is what is
desired of most wearers of cotton cloths. It also protects the appearance side of
cloths that are cleaned in a washing machine.

The shrinking of cotton clothes generally occurs in the drying process only. This drying process also must have a heat source like a gas or electric dryer. This rapid drying process causes the natural fibers of the cloth to become scrunched together. This is the shrinking process. What must be made clear is that a clothing item made of cotton will only shrink so much over time. The shrinking process will never make the clothes item to be two or three sizes smaller. To prevent shrinking in the drying process, the clothes should be hanged to dry naturally. In the summer, a clothesline outside will accomplish this. In the winter months clothes can be placed on a towel in the laundry room until they are dry.

We recommend ironing all your customized garments inside out on a low
temperature to ensure you do not disturb the design that has been printed on the garment. Do not leave high heat on your garments or any part of the design or you risk damaging your garment or print.

In all things it is important to make sure you test your washing products and iron on your item on a small (non-seeable) area of the garment to ensure your
products will not harm or damage your garment. Every item is unique and will
have different care instructions. Please make sure you take all safety precautions before washing, drying, and ironing your garment.

How do I care for my graduation stole?

Our graduation stoles are 60 inches long made from a polyester satin
material and come in a variety of colors Graduation stoles should be handled
with extreme care. Therefore, we recommend dry cleaning your stole.
